By accessing or making a purchase through the ArmorUp Store ("Store"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store.

1. General

ArmorUp ("Server," "we," "us," or "our") provides digital products and services for use within our Minecraft server network.

All purchases are voluntary and are intended to support the ongoing operation, development, and maintenance of the Server.

2. Eligibility

By making a purchase, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or
  • You have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • You have the legal authority to use the payment method provided.

3. Digital Products

All products sold through the Store are digital goods, including but not limited to:

  • Server ranks
  • Cosmetic items
  • In-game perks
  • Virtual currencies
  • Special access privileges

Products have no real-world monetary value and may only be used within the Server.

4. Delivery

Purchased items are typically delivered automatically within a short period after payment confirmation.

If your purchase is not delivered within 24 hours, please contact support through our Discord server or designated support channel.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Because the products sold are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, refunds, chargebacks, and payment disputes are generally not permitted except where required by applicable law.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of Store access
  • Removal of purchased benefits
  • Temporary or permanent server bans

6. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account.

We are not responsible for:

  • Compromised accounts
  • Shared accounts
  • Purchases made by unauthorized users who gain access to your account

7. Server Rules

Purchases do not exempt players from following server rules.

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove perks
  • Suspend accounts
  • Ban players

for violations of server rules, cheating, abuse, exploitation, harassment, or any conduct that harms the community.

No refunds will be provided for penalties resulting from rule violations.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, replace, or remove purchased features when necessary for:

  • Server balance
  • Gameplay integrity
  • Technical maintenance
  • Security

While we will make reasonable efforts to preserve purchased benefits, exact functionality is not guaranteed indefinitely.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to:

  • The Store
  • The Minecraft server
  • Any purchased features

Downtime, maintenance, software updates, or external service outages may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArmorUp shall not be liable for:

  • Lost data
  • Lost gameplay progress
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant purchase.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Store after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
